How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on your delivery country, please see the shipping calculator in the basket and checkout pages. All orders over €40, shipping is free (excluding islands – Faroe Islands, Corsica, Malta etc. and remote destinations. Those fees will be presented to you in checkout).
How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
We endeavor to process all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery; however, this will vary depending on the carrier and destination.
How do orders ship?
Smile Shop EU orders are mailed using a variety of carriers, carries are assigned on a best-effort basis, to find the fastest carrier to your location. If you are ordering from a Schengen Area country, import duties and taxes are at your expense and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
How do I know my order was received?
As soon as we receive your order, you will be sent a confirmation email including your order number (please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox).
What is your return policy?
Per your consumer rights, you may return goods – in their original packaging and as-new condition – for a refund or exchange for 14 days from the date at which your order is delivered. What if my tracking information says my order was delivered, however, I did not receive it?
Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery to the shipping address that was provided has been confirmed. We encourage that you double check the delivery address entered at checkout.
