What if my tracking information says my order was delivered, however, I did not receive it?
Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery to the shipping address that was provided has been confirmed. We encourage that you double check the delivery address entered at checkout.
What is FlexTexture®?
FlexTexture® is a highly engineered polymer foam. It’s scratch-free on over a dozen different surfaces, changes texture based on water temperature, resists odors for 8 weeks, is non-toxic, BPA and latex free.
How do orders ship?
Smile Shop orders are mailed using a variety of carriers, carries are assigned on a best-effort basis, to find the fastest carrier to your location.
What is the difference between Sponge Daddy and Scrub Mommy?
These products are made from the same materials, the only difference is their shape! Sponge Daddy is rectangular and Scrub Mommy is our signature smile face.
Are the different colors for certain things?
Only if you want them to be! Multiple colors make color-coding easier when using several in your home.
Is Scrub Daddy toxic?
FlexTexture® and ResoFoam® are non-toxic but not tested for consumption. As with any product a young child or animal may be exposed to, adult supervision is highly recommended.
Do your products contain BPA?
Scrub Daddy products are BPA free.
Can I cut my Big Daddy?
Yes. Use a serrated knife to customize size and shape. Cutting should only be performed by adults.
Can I use Scrub Daddy to exfoliate?
Yes! Our FlexTexture® foam was originally designed to scrub hands. But keep in mind it can be abrasive in cold water. We recommend starting with warm water for a softer texture and reducing the temperature gradually if needed.
