General Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By entering any competition (“Competition”), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of this Competition is Scrub Daddy UK & EU and/or its promotional partners (“Promoter”). This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.

2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

3. Entry Requirements

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.3. The winner(s) must respond within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

4.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects.

5. Prizes

5.1. The prize(s) will be outlined in the competition announcement.

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5.3. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another of similar value.

5.4. The Promoter and/or its partners are not responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties that may be applicable to the prize.

6. Publicity & Data Protection

6.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Liability

7.1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participation in the Competition or use of any prize.

7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failures, which may affect entry submission.

8. Disqualification

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent or unfair behaviour.

8.2. Entries generated by automated means or bots will be disqualified.

9. Changes & Termination

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Any changes to these terms will be updated on the relevant platform and take immediate effect.
