UK Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 on Friday, and over the weekend, will normally be sent out on Monday. We’re closed on UK bank holidays, so please allow extra processing time for your order when one occurs.
Delivery charges are based on your order weight and are calculated in the cart/checkout when you enter your address. We can also offer an expedited delivery service if you should require it. Please bear in mind that orders shipped via an expedited service will require a signature upon delivery.
Should your order total be above £40, free delivery will be offered during the checkout process.

Irish Delivery
Brexit means orders to Ireland will not be charged VAT. However, your delivery subject to import duties and local VAT charges, which we have no control over – you will need to pay any due taxes to receive your order!
- Delivery is charged at a flat-rate per order.
- For larger items, your order may be delivered by DPD or UPS and will require a signature upon delivery.
- Standard delivery is via your local postal service – this is a 2-5 day delivery target service, if you need your order sooner than this, please ensure you contact us or upgrade to express shipping in the checkout.
- Order cut off for same-day despatch is 1pm GMT, any orders received after this will be despatched the next working day.

Returns
- Within 30 days of receipt you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it’s in resaleable condition.
- Return postage is at your expense.
- Postage costs are non-refundable with the exception of damages and erroneous deliveries.
- You don’t need a returns number, please package your return properly and send it to us, including a note of your order number and your reason for returning the item.
- If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us.
