If you do not receive your package, or the contents of your package are missing or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at support@scrubdaddy.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your package or your delivery status is marked as delivered. After 14 days we can no longer do a proper investigation and we will not be able to rectify your issue.
