Will my Scrub Daddy hold odors?
FlexTexture® foam is lab tested to not hold odors for up to 8 weeks under normal conditions.
How can I sanitize my Scrub Daddy?
Dampen and microwave for no longer than 60 seconds to sanitize.
Where can I view my order history?
If you have created an account, this information is available to you by visiting https://scrubdaddy.co.uk/my-account/. Once you are logged in, select “ORDERS” to view your history. If you did not create an account prior to order, you will not be able to view order history.
Will I be notified when my package has been delivered?
Some carriers may contact you to notify you that your package is out for delivery or has been delivered/left in a safe place/is ready for collection. It is your responsibility to ensure you track your order and collect it from a carriers local service point if you were not home when the delivery was attempted.
Is Scrub Daddy toxic?
FlexTexture® and ResoFoam® are non-toxic but not tested for consumption. As with any product a young child or animal may be exposed to, adult supervision is highly recommended.
Do your products contain BPA?
Scrub Daddy products are BPA free.
What do I do if my package does not arrive or the contents are wrong?
If you do not receive your package, or the contents of your package are missing or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at support@scrubdaddy.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your package or your delivery status is marked as delivered. Why has my order been in transit for so long?
Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Depending on what carrier is used will play a factor in delivery time. Please keep an eye on your tracking.
How do I get my receipt and invoices?
All online order documentation will be emailed to you when your order is placed and shipped. Scrub Daddy emails your order confirmation and tracking information. We can provide a PDF invoice/VAT receipt if required.
