How do I find out the status of my order?
If you created an account during checkout, this information is available to you by visiting https://scrubdaddy.co.uk/my-account/. Once you have logged in, select “ORDERS” to view the status and other information regarding each order. If you have not received an email containing your tracking information, it means your order is still being processed in our warehouse.
How do I receive my tracking information?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox).
What do I do if my package does not arrive or the contents are wrong?

Why has my order been in transit for so long?
Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Depending on what carrier is used will play a factor in delivery time. Please keep an eye on your tracking.
Will I be notified when my package has been delivered?
Some carriers may contact you to notify you that your package is out for delivery or has been delivered/left in a safe place/is ready for collection. It is your responsibility to ensure you track your order and collect it from a carriers local service point if you were not home when the delivery was attempted.
Where can I view my order history?
If you have created an account, this information is available to you by visiting https://scrubdaddy.co.uk/my-account/. Once you are logged in, select “ORDERS” to view your history. If you did not create an account prior to order, you will not be able to view order history.
How do I get my receipt and invoices?
All online order documentation will be emailed to you when your order is placed and shipped. Scrub Daddy emails your order confirmation and tracking information. We can provide a PDF invoice/VAT receipt if required.
